Sales Coordinator - Paris.

The Role.

Are you a people person with next-level organisational skills? Do you get a kick from being the glue that helps teams function from an organisation point of view, whether thrown tasks at the last minute or planning months in advance to help the sales team function to the best of their performance.

Reporting to the Director of Sales – Paris, you’ll be a key support for the sales team wherever needed with reporting, identify leads and supporting client relationships. Plus, you’ll contribute to our commercial growth strategy

What it looks like.

  • Support the team in striving to achieve challenging monthly targets for Le Jardin de Verre by Locke
  • Support all sales processes, such as Corporate RFPs, rate loading and reporting
  • Channelling leads and researching new sales opportunities for the sales teams
  • Being the champion of all systems and the go to person for this
  • Working on multiple systems and ensuring databases are correctly up to date
  • Ability to work part of the team and independently
  • Manage business reports to identify new and further business opportunities for the team
  • Working on several databases to upkeep weekly, monthly reports for sales activities
  • Supporting the sales team for all business trips, travel, fam trips, client meeting and presentation preparation, including account reviews
  • Conducting show rounds for competitors and colleagues
  • Great telephone and customer service skills when required

When and where.

  • Core hours are 09:00-17:30
  • Working flexibly when needed, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Based in Paris
  • Travelling to other Lockes when needed
  • Option to work remotely
