We are well served by public transport and the convention centre is just a short walk along the Liffey.

Yes, our apartments are so well equipped with a kitchen, cosy bed, rainfall shower, Chromecast and kitchen table. Hi Tina, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we appreciate your feedback as it helps us to understand our guest's experiences. Yes, we have floor-to-ceiling windows to allow more light, they cannot safely open but each apartment has both an AC and a vent system connecting directly outside, this allows fresh air to constantly circulate in the apartment. Our House Hosts are here 24 hours a day and will be happy to help operate the AC system if needed.
We are very sorry to hear of this situation with your towels and have escalated this to our housekeeping manager for investigation. We hope that our Hosts at reception were able to help right away in this situation.
We currently have the North 7 Cafe providing our food and beverage services as advertised on Booking.com, we hope you had a chance to try them. We have a great selection of restaurants right on our doorstep and within 5 minutes of walking, our Hosts at reception will be happy to recommend one of their favourite local restaurants.

No 20 % refund on car park as told...
Positive: Bedrooms Dog friendly Kitchen. Negative: Very uncomfortable lounge couches massive unnecessary size table couldn’t see tele from couches.

We are disappointed to hear you did not enjoy our couches. I can see you booked a Beckett Suite which comes with a large couch and large dining table, next time a 2 bedroom suite or studio may better suit your needs. The car park is an external company but they offer a discounted rate for our guests and to avail of this, we just need to validate your ticket at reception.
