Peru Perdu will offer a monthly Ceviche masterclass, taking place on the first Saturday of every month. Starting with a House Pisco Sours at the bar before moving on to the Ceviche station where the chef will walk through the history of the dish, preparation, flavouring and the most truly exceptional Ceviche recipes that will be sure to impress all. After the masterclass, you’ll then be seated for a full feasting menu showcasing the best of Peru Perdu's menu.
