Thanks for your feedback. I'm very glad to see that you loved our amazing team, and that you enjoyed our central location near Edinburgh's main sights. I'm also very please that you appreciated our studio apartments, it it's very convenient to have all the amenities and appliances one requires for a longer stay. On the other hand, I'm sorry the light switch was not so convenient for you, it is the case in some of our apartments that the switch for the bed side lamps is in one side of the bed only, I agree with you, not the best if you prefer to be on the wrong side!
In an attempt to be more sustainable, we are trying to minimise the use of disposables, which is why we don't provide paper towels in the kitchen, but we are more than happy to replace, or bring you extra kitchen towels, just reach out to one of our house hosts :). Regarding the window, we can also give you a hand opening them, or closing them, as many times as you need.
I hope we get to welcome you back, Michele, and we'll make sure to take care of the little issues you found uncomfortable as long as in our hands.

Thank you for you lovely feedback. It's awesome that you liked our lively front desk/coffee shop area, I love the vibe as well :). I'm very glad that you enjoyed our central and beautiful location in the New Town, surrounded by great restaurants and bars. It's also amazing that you found the studio quiet, bright, with a spacious bathroom, and good facilities. Unfortunately, we don't have onsite parking for guests, but we can offer a discount in the NCP castle terrace, which is about a 10min walk from the hotel. We suggest this place as it 's the best value for money, I'm happy that you appreciated the good discount!

Thanks for sharing your feedback on your most recent stay. I'm glad to see that you found our central location, onsite coffee shop, and the washer/dryer in the room as positive aspects of your stay. I'm also pleased to see that the studio I allocated for you on the lower ground floor was cooler and less noisy, I hope this made for a better night's sleep. I'm sorry you found the light to be too soft, by design our studios have soft lighting with the intend to promote good sleep, but we appreciate this is not for everyone, which is why we have bright lamps on hand that we can provide upon request. The lack of outlets near mirror for styling your hair it's a valid point, we'll take it into consideration.
Also, it's great that you were able to figure out the appliances, we're more than happy to pop in the room to help with appliances anytime :)

We will keep in mind your feedback regarding the socket near a mirror for future improvements. Our studios have a full length mirror that usually has a socket nearby but I understand this is not the ideal setting to do your hair. It's lovely to see that you enjoyed our super central location, as well as the celanliness of our fully-equipped apartments and the warm service of our House Hosts. I'm sorry to read that you found the room a bit too warm - next time, do not hesitate to reach out to one of our House Hosts, they'll be happy to bring you an extra fan or maybe one of our portable air-conditioning units. I'm also sorry to see that you found the apartment a bit too noisy. As you rightly mentioned, we're very lucky to be in such a central location, right in the heart of the New Town: this does mean, however, that we're surrounded by many venues, including bars and restaurants, and while we do our best to work with them and to make sure that their activities don't have too much of an impact on our guests' stay, ultimately we have no direct control over their operations. I do hope this didn't put too much of a damper on your stay and that you'll come and visit us again if you're ever back in Edinburgh - next time, just reach out to our reception team ahead of your arrival and we'll make sure that you're allocated to one of our quieter rooms facing the back.
