Most Locke’s have a workout studio or gym with enough equipment for you to stretch your legs and let off some steam. At WunderLocke, we even have a heated outdoor pool and sauna with a yoga studio and gym, the perfect combination to rest the mind and body. At Turing Locke you’ll find regular yoga and wellness classes in our large, peaceful and leafy courtyard. Almost all our Locke’s have a regular calendar of workout classes and trainers to help motivate you and get into the mindset.
We want you to feel truly rested and make your apartment your own. That’s why you’ll find blackout blinds for a restful night’s sleep, Kinsey Apothecary toiletries and herbal teas for unwinding. Start the day with a stretch on your own yoga mat that you’ll usually find somewhere in your wardrobe.
We’ve got options for days when it comes to healthier choices. Find our partners Shaman, throughout our London properties (Locke at Broken Wharf, Bermonds Locke, Leman Locke) offering third-wave coffee, juices and pastries. With healthy brunch and lunch choices. Be sure to book into Alter (Leman Locke) for vegan globally inspired small dishes, focusing on plates from Thailand, Vietnam and beyond.
At Bambule (Schwan Locke) and Mural Farmhouse (WunderLocke), all menus are designed using both local and seasonal produce alongside herbs and vegetables grown on our urban farm found on the rooftop of WunderLocke. Mural Farmhouse has just received its first two Michelin stars, including a green star for its focus on sourcing and cooking sustainably.

We’ve partnered with sexual health and wellbeing brand Quanna. Quanna aims to bring sexual wellness to the forefront of your self-care ritual with the all-natural and honest product range.
We’re hosting a panel with Quanna founder, Kate Tik and founder of sex talks Emma Louise Boynton around ‘The Pursuit of an Orgasm’ where the panel will discuss how to close the pleasure gap and have better sex.
We asked Kate and Emma what wellbeing means to them and how their idea of wellbeing has developed through their own respective journeys.
Kate: What does sexual wellness mean to you and why do we need to prioritise this?
Sexual wellness means different things to different people, but to me I would go with Quanna’s fundamental belief that sexual wellness is a state of body/mind that enables you to enjoy and explore sex on your own terms and in your own time. I believe this definition of sexual wellness to be empowering because it underlines the fact that it’s not so much concerned with gratifying someone else, but instead getting more in-tune with who you are emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Emma: Why is sexual health so important in someone's wellness journey?
For a long time, I felt like my poor relationship to sex and to my body was my dirty little secret - a private war I fought alone and one I couldn't tell anyone about because it was so shameful. The confidence I've gained through learning to explore my sexuality with curiosity rather than shame has been unparalleled.
Sex and sexuality are key components of our overall health and well-being. When we neglect these parts of ourselves because we feel 'broken' and unable to talk about it, we cut off a really important part of who we are and disconnect in a fundamental way from our own bodies.
Sex tells us so much about who we are, how we move through the world, how we experience our body, our gender... it is the most universal human experience, and yet one we fail to speak about with the nuance and vulnerability and curiosity it warrants.

From mid July our partnership with world-renowned Peloton will offer Peloton Bikes at Bermonds Locke, Locke at Broken Wharf, Schwan Locke und WunderLocke. You’ll find the bikes ready to go with exclusive classes and a 30-day free trial. If you're not ready to get on the bike, you’ll also find a room classes. Just switch on your TV and find classes focusing on yoga, body weight and meditation.
From the Bavarian Alps to the Irish Sea, there’s lots to explore near our Locke properties. Here are just a few that have nature, mountains and the sea just a short journey away.
Why not add a trip to the mountains to your city break? WunderLocke is a gateway for skiing, hiking and swimming in the many natural lakes found in the Bavarian Alps.
Both our Dublin properties are just a short train ride away from the Irish Sea. Head north to Howth for some sea air. Or if you fancy getting in, go down to Forty Foot, Sandycove for a true Irish experience and dip into the invigorating Irish sea.
Hilly enough, a stroll around Edinburgh is a workout in itself. However, if you fancy a challenge, make sure to walk up Arthur’s Seat for panoramic views across the city and surrounding areas.
